Service enrollment, payments, memberships, and participation are also subject to the specific agreements and policies presented for those services.
These website terms do not replace a liability waiver, parental authorization, health intake, testing consent, or membership agreement. If you have questions about a service or its terms, contact us before booking or purchasing.
Educational information and health
Website articles and descriptions of training, recovery, and assessments provide general educational information. They are not individualized medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or medical clearance. Discuss medical concerns and exercise suitability with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Descriptions of programs, testimonials, and examples do not guarantee a particular result. Individual circumstances, participation, and outcomes vary. NIL information is general education, not legal, tax, investment, or financial advice.
Applications and younger athletes
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance, reserve a place, or authorize participation. Any required enrollment agreements, waivers, and permissions must be completed before services begin.
A parent or legal guardian must complete applications for athletes under 18. Athletes aged 18 or older may apply themselves. For athletes under 13, a parent or legal guardian should contact us before providing the child's personal or health information through an application.
Provide accurate information relevant to the inquiry. Do not submit medical records, detailed medical history, payment-card information, or another person's information without appropriate authority through a general inquiry or application.
Reservations and client agreements
Bookings, eligible service purchases, and account management take place through WellnessLiving. Review the price, service details, cancellation and no-show conditions, any recurring billing terms, and refund terms presented for your selection before completing a transaction. Contact us if a term is unclear or differs from website information.
Reservation and session-preparation information is also provided on our Schedule page. These website terms do not create a new cancellation fee, renewal commitment, or refund restriction. Your applicable service agreement and the terms disclosed for that transaction govern those matters.
Merchandise catalog
The merchandise shop is a view-only catalog. Checkout is disabled, and merchandise orders and payments cannot be submitted through it. Displayed designs, details, prices, and availability may change before sales begin. A catalog listing is not an order confirmation or a promise of stock.
Ordering, shipping, fulfillment, and return terms will be provided before merchandise purchasing is enabled.
Website content and permitted use
Website text, photographs, graphics, logos, and other materials are owned by Sweat Is Free or used with permission, except where otherwise identified. Third-party names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. You may browse, link to, and use the website for personal informational purposes. Other use of protected material requires permission or a basis permitted by applicable law.
